Passport, check.
Movement orders, check.
US money, check.
tons of clothes, check.

The joining instructions, like every other cadet instructions, had a kit list attached to it. But this was the first time they actually mentioned to bring electronics for long bus rides. Every other camps I've been to, those items were on the forbidden items list. (not that anybody abided by those rules)
I had everything laid out, somewhat organized on the bed. I had papers on the right, clothes on the left, and toiletries on the centre. As soon as I got everything together, I double checked the kitlist and "neatly" threw everything into the same duffle bag used for camp last year.

I'll have to get up at 2:30am tomorow morning to leave for Comox. DND is truely horrible to its cadets when it comes to travell arrangements. Last year it was a 4 hour layover at YVR followed by a rid-eye flight to YYZ. This year, its a 6am flight from YQQ. Great.
